These terms and conditions regulate the Agreement between "you" the customer and DecoSticks LTD (hereinafter referred to as "DecoSticks"). By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

All goods which appear for sale on the www.decosticks.com web site ("the web site") are advertised as invitations to treat, and no offer of sale shall be implied.

By placing an order with DecoSticks you are offering to purchase the goods detailed within that order, which DecoSticks may or may not accept at their sole discretion. If an order is accepted, DecoSticks will send you an e-mail to confirm.

You undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the products you are purchasing.

If for any reason your credit card details are incorrect or there is not enough money in your account or for any other reason the order cannot be processed, DecoSticks will have right to rescind and upon their election to do so, the order will be cancelled.

If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform DecoSticks as soon as possible.Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact one of our customer services team at info@decosticks.com before placing an order with us. These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

A Contract between the customer and DecoSticks Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.

LIABILITY

We attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. However, DecoSticks assume no duty to update such information and cannot guarantee that it will be fault-free.DecoSticks does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions in the presentation of goods on the web site and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods and products at any time. DecoSticks will, however, do its best to correct any errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

DecoSticks does not make any warranty that the web site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.DecoSticks should be applied and removed as laid out in the FAQ page. Any damage caused to walls during the application and removal process is at your own risk. DecoSticks are not liable for any damage caused to surfaces.

The liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not affect your statutory rights.

USE OF THE SITE

The copyright, design rights and artwork on the web site belong to DecoSticks. All other intellectual property rights are reserved. This web site is for personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this web site. You may only download to your personal computer for viewing purposes and print out a number of pages of this web site for your personal use.Unfortunately, because of the nature of selling via the Internet and product variability, we cannot guarantee that the product colours will be of an exact likeness as seen or as described. Although we strive to portray images in a realistic light, sometimes we are governed by what imagery is available. Product imagery is sometimes displayed in an aesthetic manner (mood shots may be used) and may not necessarily be in conformance with the approved use of such products.

The colours and dimensions of the products portrayed on the site are merely there as a guide. We strive to portray the products as we can to the actual colour ways, but we have no control over your personal computer and its settings.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you have recently placed an order with us and wish to cancel it, please email us at info@decosticks.com quoting your order reference number, your PayPal reference number, date order placed and name. Providing the conditions of our returns policy are met entirely (as stated below) you will receive email confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 72 hours from receiving the goods back in perfect condition.

RETURNS POLICY

We will issue an online credit note for the value of the goods for all returned items. We do not offer refunds, although this does not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to return any items purchased online at www.decosticks.com, please follow the following steps:

1. If you wish to return an item, you must notify your intention to return it, in writing, within 7 working days from the date you received your goods. The item(s) must then be returned within 14 days of invoice date.
2. All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition.
3. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way.

Return of Incorrect Products

Please follow the same procedures as above. However, we will refund you the cost of the return postage.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

DELIVERY

Your goods will be despatched within our 5 working day delivery policy by first class post. We will send you an email specifying your delivery
reference number as soon as the order is processed for delivery. If your order is returned to us by Royal Mail then there will be an additional
£15.00 administration and resending fee. No one will be exempt from this so please make sure that you are available to receive your order. If you decide that you wish to change the delivery address AFTER we have processed your order you will be obliged to pay a redirection administration fee of £10.00.

DecoSticks assumes no liability for the contents of any other web sites to which the DecoSticks web site has links and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused or alleged to have been caused by use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on such hyper linked sites. DecoSticks may not have control of such web sites. The inclusions of any hyperlinks to such other web sites does not mean that DecoSticks endorses the material on such web sites or has any association with the owner thereof.

PRIVACY POLICY

DecoSticks takes the privacy of its customers seriously and is committed to the following policy: -

In using the DecoSticks web site you will be asked at various stages to provide us with information about yourself, and your financial details needed to process payment for the goods you order. This will predominantly take place in the 'check out' procedure. The only information collated will be that to allow DecoSticks to process your order. You will also be asked for infomation about yourself when you are registering. This information will be collated in an online form.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
